Our terms and conditions

One of our goals is to offer you the perfect stay and a pleasant cooperative partnership.

 

Nobody likes rules – but we unfortunately cannot avoid name at least some in practice of everyday routine. Therefore you may find our terms and conditions in brief:

 

Event bookings

Cancellationsare charged with         
 between 30th and 15th day before arrival30 percent of the amount of the ordered services  
between 14th and 8th day before arrival40 percent of the amount of the ordered services 
between 7th and 4th day before arrival50 percent of the amount of the ordered services 
until 3 days before arrival70 percent of the amount of the ordered services
until 24 hours before arrival90 percent of the amount of the ordered services


2. Cancellation policies

In the following cases the guest will be charged the service which is agreed by contract but not rendered, even if the contract was cancelled in parts. The service can therefore be calculated for accommodation, rent for conference rooms and catering (according to the appointed number of persons). The cancellation has to be in writing and confirmed by the hotelier to be valid. Basis for invoice calculation is the number of persons that is stated until at least 24 hours before the event to the hotelier.

 

1. General information


  • The accommodation and catering contract is concluded once the event is booked and confirmed.
    • Every agreement must be in writing.



  • The contract cannot be dissolved unilaterally.


3. Arrival and departure

The hotel rooms are at the guest’s disposal 3pm on the arrival day and until 11am on the day of departure.

 

If a later arrival time is not explicitly arranged, the hotelier provides his right to re-sell ordered hotel rooms after 6pm elsewhere.

 


  • Without any cancellation: Room reservations which are not cancelled at all will be charged with the full inclusive price.



  • Re-selling of cancelled hotel rooms: The demanded amount of cancellation fee will be reduced by the value of the income through re-selled hotel rooms at the appointed time.



  • Exhibition periods: In exhibition periods all reservations which are not cancelled until at least six days before arrival will be charged to 100 %, as far as the rooms cannot be re-selled. The reception team will publish the times of exhibitions.


The following cancellation policies apply for hotel room reservations:

until 6pm at the arrival day      free of charge
after 6pm at the arrival day               90 % of the inclusive Price

2. Cancellation policy

Room reservations

1. General Information:


  • The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the hotel room is booked and confirmed
  • Every agreement must be in writing.
  • The contract cannot be dissolved unilaterally.
